What an amazing location and what an amazing hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly. The food was great. The location was stunning. All in all, a must go place if you are visiting Rotorua - only about 15 minutes drive from all the action.

Exquisite Lakeside Escape with Unmatched Service

Truly an exquisite stay! The decor and attention to detail were breathtaking, and the spaces were both comfortable and offered amazing views of the lake. Beyond Compare Stay at On the Point

Fantastic in every way, including facilities, location, staff and services. One of the most memorable experiences ever, and I've been travelling for work and pleasure my entire adult life. You should definitely stay at On the Point at least once.

Everyone at this hotel was very accommodating. Beautiful rooms with great views. Breakfast was great each morning, and Nicky was a fantastic server going above and beyond. Dinner was also very good. It is outside the central rotoura area and as such most tours won’t pick you up there, but it is a 10 min drive into town and we found it very easy to get an uber quickly, so no issues getting around.

This property is "a little piece of heaven." It was our second time visiting from the U.S. and a big reason we came back to New Zealand was to experience this wonderful property again. On The Point is 100% On Point Perfection

Wonderful 2 night stay in the 2 bedroom apartment on this lovely property. The staff and service was outstanding. The apartment was perfect with two completely seperate bedrooms and bathrooms a common livingroom with small table and kitcehnette. Ideal for a family of 4 or two couples. Private jaccuzi, in unit washer and dryer and fantastic view of the lake.

Our check-in felt a bit awkward—we were told many (many) times how the property and views are “quite stunning” as we were shown around. Everything else was very nice. Room had a great view, and we really liked the breakfast (and breakfast staff). Parking on the hill was tricky!
