It was fully stocked with everything we needed—from toiletries to kitchen essentials and plenty of linens—which made our stay easy and stress-free.Alicia was fantastic to work with. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to help us plan our trip by recommending great restaurants, entertainment, and nearby beaches.The location was perfect—less than a 15-minute drive to Englewood Beach and under 10 minutes to Publix, which was incredibly convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the pool and spa were beautiful highlights of the home.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!"

"Overall, we had a nice experience during our stay. The host was very responsive and communicative, which we appreciated.However, we were very disappointed that the pool heater was not working upon our arrival. We had reached out multiple times in advance to ensure the pool would be heated for our children, so this was frustrating. To the host’s credit, he did arrange for someone to come fix it on Saturday, and the pool was finally warm by early evening the day before we checked out—but unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy it for most of our stay.A few additional notes for future guests: towels are limited to one towel and washcloth per person, which may not be sufficient for stays longer than one night. You may also want to bring your own laundry detergent, as none is provided. Kitchen supplies are fairly minimal, but there is enough to get by for basic cooking."

"We really enjoyed this home which was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Florida. We enjoyed the pool area and watching the golfers out on the golf course. This home is located very close to Boca Grande and Englewood beaches, a grocery store and some nice restaurants! The host was easy to communicate with"

"We loved this rental! It was just beautiful, very comfortable, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. We loved stopping at Niko Bs for pizza, and Sassy tarts bakery for desserts The host, Alicia, was very easy to contact, and so pleasant to work with! Everything was perfect! "We had a lovely stay at this property. Our host Narcisa was a pleasure to work with and was always available right away when we needed her. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub while there, and the host left a complimentary bottle of wine for us which I thought was a very nice touch. The home was very clean, which is something I am very particular about, and I was very comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness of this home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already talking about going back at a future date. "
