"A lovely welcome by the reception staff. No problems with the room and had a good breakfast. The only very small thing I noticed was some not very clean public areas, such as the stairs and the outside windows in the staircase (very dirty). Hokwever, they did not affect our stay. Slightly disappointed that we had to pay for hotel car parking. Very central location, handy for the city centre and easy to navigate to."

"From the second we walked into the hotel, all the staff on the front desk and in the bar were fantastic, really helpful and kind and understanding at the fact our trains had been cancelled and they really helped us"

"Really nice set up, far enough away from the pub to not have any noise etc. only issue, no aircon but 90% of the time it’s not an issue"
