"The pictures are not what they are. No bar open no bartender any night,the tiki bar is not open. Closed down. No housekeeping at all, never cleaned were told for the length of stay they do not even tho we were there three days so had to go and get two more coffees each day. Told four different things for our room by 4 different people. First told we would have to change rooms the third night when I went down the girl said we didn't have to and didn't have to change code but checked us out of the...

"Great location"

"Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Rooms was nice, full fridge, stocked kitchen area. Halls clean. Pool area was clean. "

"No morning breakfast was offered as part of the stay. Was not a fan of body wash, in lieu of a bar of soap. Bed was a bit lumpy as well. Everything else was fine."

"Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!!"

"The staff were excellent! The breakfast was hot and delicious I can’t believe how good the biscuits and gravy was! The pool area was also wonderful I could not get my 5 year old son out of it! We will be staying here for every future visit!"
