"hotel was very nice, when we travel we look forward to a relaxing time in the pool and hot tub, well the pool and hot tub were out of order. at check in we were not told of the pool out of order only when we arrived at the pool in our swimsuits did we find out, mention it at the desk and were told sorry, did not offer any compensation so we cancel our 2nd night. the wedding party that also that was staying there were not happy about this either."

"This place is just incredible. Grand Hotel is such a fitting name. It truly is GRAND. If you stay here, make sure you plan on some time just to enjoy the property itself. Bring a deck of cards and play in one of the many gorgeous spaces- near the fireplace, lobby, or even the amazing courtyard!!! Kids said it was the best pool and hot tub ever! Breakfast even for vegetarians was wonderful, and the room had ample sleeping space for grandparents, kids, and me (6 of us total slept comfortably)!!...

"It was clean and nice. I thought the bed was quite hard though and the pillows were tiny. It was worth the money, it was less than $100 and we were there just there to pretty much sleep. The pool and hot tub were nice also. "
