"Booked this location as we were going to a festival, the manager of the property never got in touch for getting us into the property we were asked to wait until 4pm on the day we were meant to be checking in. 4pm rolls on no contact and told theyd issue a refund. Still havent recieced one had to find new accomodation for 7 people on the day of the festival. Shocking. Will never be using them again. "

"From start to finish the stay at the property was perfect easy check in, Lovely touches left by the owner, The property was well maintained, Nearby stores and restaurants yet in a quite and upscale neighborhood. "I am the sort of person who regularly frequents other chain hotels, in particular, the usually cheaper purple one. I must say i think hilton will he a top choice for me in the future. For a very similar price to my usual option, EVERYTHING was so much better. Room was cleaner, facilities weee so much better and thank goodness for air con. The area gets a little noisy on a night time, the parking was a bit difficult to find, but staff were helpful in guiding me there on the phone. Breakfast was nice, the gym was good, the walls in the pool could perhaps do with a clean, but other than that, i cant fault it. Will definitely be staying again! "
