Harrigan's Hunter Valley

"Fantastic location and so spacious! We travelled with our toddler, and stayed in the premium 2 bedroom suite. It was huge! The bedrooms were massive with loads of clothing storage, great big living room with wood fire, big tv, and kitchenette. We asked for a microwave which was no problems! The furniture is a little dated and rough around the edges, but that is reflected in the pricing. The location is perfect for travel throughout the valley, and we loved being able to walk over for lunch or dinner. We were staying for a wedding and it was so easy to get to and from the venue. The gardens are gorgeous, hats off to the team who maintain them. The pool looked amazing but we didn't use it."

"This property is undergoing renovations and our room was almost done. It was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping needs to ensure mugs are clean and there needs to be more than a little cup and one large mug."

"Very large well maintained golf resort. Very impressed with villa accommodation. Golf buggy service to pick up and drop off to get to restaurant, which had beautiful food. Room was definitely spacious and gas fireplace great."

"This was very good value for money, and the breakfast was excellent. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dated, and could be improved with some general maintenance/renovations, but overall we enjoyed our short stay."

"Sasha's Retreat is extremely well set up for large family gatherings. The cottage is the centrepiece of all activities with close proximity to the BBQ. The outside deck's large table and huge fridge make catering for your tribe super easy. The pool is a short walk and is located between the two homes. The newer abode is outstanding. The 5 tee, one green golf course provides wonderful fun for all, including grandkids.Overall we found the Retreat a perfect place to stay. Very highly recommended.Stephen, our host, was easy to contact via email & text and was very helpful."
