"This property is immaculately clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the unit, it's a very low traffic street. The unit was quiet, even with a bachelor party renting the downstairs unit. The back patio is shared with the downstairs unit and their unit enters through the patio. The unit is about a 15 minute walk to "downtown" Muskegon. The beds were comfortable, there are lots of decor and finishing touches to make this place look and feel...

"The owner communicated well, and the unit was exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time there, the neighbors were considerate and fun. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we will definitely be coming back to stay here again! Thank you!!"

"The listing incorrectly states the number of rooms, capacity, and bathrooms. I contacted the host but is wasn’t changed. The unit was nice but very loud with people above, you could hear them anytime they walked around. The street parking is kind of a pain for loading and unloading. Overall is met our needs but probably would look else where next time."

"Very nice, very clean. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. If you or anyone in your party cannot handle a long flight of stairs you should seek other lodging. Bring a bike. Mears Beach and the general area is beautiful. If you rent a golf cart, you will not be able to drive it into Mears State Park without a MI license plate and a park pass. Overall, Pentwater is a great family oriented town that we hope to revisit and stay at the same VRBO."
