Rooms are pretty uncomfortable and down a dark corridor facing an abandoned office chair. Limited power supply to recharge your stuff. Morning experience was a half-naked guy in the foyer shouting at random people. "

"We booked this hotel for my wife’s parents to celebrate a birthday, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. The room was in poor condition and did not match the photos at all. It was also noticeably dirty, with dust everywhere. Even basic amenities were missing, no slippers were provided, and they were asked to buy low-quality ones for €2, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. We had also informed the hotel in advance about the birthday, yet there was zero acknowledgment, not even a simple “happy birthday” at reception. They have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this was by far the worst experience. Would not recommend."
