The bar at the hotel was atmospheric and a great place to observe local traditions.The bar manager was very kind and pleasant and took the trouble to order food for us from the local kebab shop. You are paying for the amenities the hotel provides, such as unlimited access to the spa, free travel on the tram, and discounts for nearby hotels.
