Beautiful country house, 220 m2 inn Costa Ballena (Rota), up to 14 people, huge garden of 1000 m2, swimming-pool, BBQ, billard, ping - pong, bar area, 3 twin rooms, 1 double (queen bed) and 1 quadruple, 3 bathrooms and outside toilet, nice porch to have lunch or dinner all together and justa 5 minutes by bike from the beach (10 min. walking, 2 by car). Fully equipped, ideal for friends groups or 2-3 families. Near the Kanguro beach, Aguadulce, golf clubs and shopping centres.

Beautiful property, just a bit busy outside
The property is beautiful, with mature trees, flowers, and a lovely yard. The house is comfortable, with a wonderful patio space. The road is busy outside and the house could use some more convenience items (teapot and/or coffee maker would be great) but it was a very nice location for our stay.

Genial si quieres estar en el campo con comodidad
La estancia estuvo bien, aunque nos habría gustado saber de antemano que el mini apartamento separado de la vivienda original no sería accesible ya que fue la principal razón por la que se eligió el lugar. Cuatro adultos y un niño tuvieron que compartir habitación que también fue un inconveniente. Los dueños muy atentos y accesibles. La cocina muy bien equipada y los espacios exteriores de 10.

Excelente casa para unos dias de relax
Tanto la casa como el jardin son excelentes para pasar unos dias en familia o con amigos. Los propietarios son encantadores y super atentos. La casa esta muy cerca de la playa, a 10 minutos andando.

Maravilloso
Un encanto de personas y super atentas os encontrareis como dueños. La casa es genial con la tranquilidad de estar apartado de otras viviendas y con el lujo de tener a 10 minutos la playa, a su vez todo super bien equipado y limpio. Fuimos en diciembre para pasar fin de año y repetiremos en verano o en el siguiente fin de año.

En general, bien: la casa es cómoda y grande, lo q permite una estancia agradable si vas con mucha gente (nosotros fuimos 14). Pero: la casa es bastante antigua y eso nos ha causado incomodidades (si bien se han intentado solventar de manera rápida por los propietarios). Se oye mucho la carretera, hay un gallo en la finca de al lado q canta bien temprano por la mañana y, dependiendo del viento, bastantes malos olores de una vaquería que hay al lado. Los aviones de la base militar también se oyen muchísimo, lo q es bastante molesto.

Buenas vacaciones
En líneas generales muy bien. Es una casa de campo en una planta donde nos alojamos 6 adultos y 7 niños con total comodidad. La parcela es estupenda. Sólo le pondría un pero y es la gestión de la basura que originamos los inquilinos que hay que llevar a varios kilómetros de distancia. La comunicación con los propietarios es fantástica. Cualquier problema lo intentan solucionar rápidamente

El alojamiento en sí estaba bien. Aunque consideramos el precio elevado para ese tipo de vivienda. Todo limpio y en orden. Hubiéramos agradecido no tener que ir nosotros mismos a tirar la basura tan lejos. Pero en general bien, las habitaciones y baños muy bien. Buen contacto con el propietario, muy amable.
