"The hotel and room were very clean but the pillows were absolutely dreadful. Unfortunately the onsite restaurant was closed for dinner on the day we stayed so we only had one dining option of café 500 metres away. The complimentary breakfast was very basic"

Great beginning.
"The hotel was in a perfect location, at the front of the old city. Very easy walking, very safe and had a great restaurant. This place was fabulous, except for the unfortunate event of the lift breaking down and we had to walk our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Not their fault. Parking was in the back, all went well. Lovely place."
