A cozy sitting area in the living area perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. On being accrued dining table you can perfectly enjoy your dinner. The bathroom has a bath, modern lighting and a heated towel rail. The about 5.5 square meter balcony facing west is quiet in the courtyard overlooking the Alexandrinenstraße.
