Without stairs or Steps reachable: our friendly ground floor apartments in the Atelier Am Strom. At ground level with a terrace and its own beach chair. Nice living room with dining area and cozy sitting area / sofa bed, TV, stereo radio / CD, WiFi (not always perfect and capable of streaming). Separate bedroom with double bed. Complete fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Large, comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is barrier-free and also otherwise wheelchair-friendly. For a maximum of 3 people facing the courtyard.
The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.
For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.

The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from our office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 ��, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax will be charged per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, man hat es nicht weit zum Parkhaus Molenfeuer, auch nicht weit in den alten Strom. Auch zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist alles gut zu Fuss zuerreichen. Ich nutze nie das Auto dort, das bleibt im Parkhaus bis zum Ende des Urlaubs. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Macken

Das Objekt war voll sehr gut nur der Parkplatz viel zu klein das Bett ebenfalls und das war noch schlimmer als der Parkplatz ebenfalls schlecht war das wenn ein großes Schiff am Kai gelegen hat Kamm es besonders wenn sie aus Norwegen kamen ein gewaltigen Diesel Geruch mit…

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung

Hohe Qualität der Möbel, Fenster, Türen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großes Bad. Behindertengerecht. Lage sehr gut. Minuspunkte: Schwankendes W-LAN, fehlender Parkplatz (Parkhaus aber in der Nähe), fehlen einiger Küchenutensilien.

Warnemünde Wochenende

Alles war sehr schön. Die Rezeptionskräfte waren nett. Leider lag Zimmer zum Parkplatz/Innenhof, wodurch es etwas lauter war und man Einblick ins Wohnzimmer hatte.

Kindgerecht und Sauber

kleines gemütliches App.; optimal für 3 Personen. Gute Lage; alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider war kein Parkplatz mehr zu buchen. Aber Parkhaus in der Nähe ging auch (12,- Euro pro Tag)

Wir kommen wieder !!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Es waren täglich Ansprechpartner vor Ort wenn man Fragen hatte ,zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei der auch gern gesehen wurde.Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder dort Urlaub machen.Die Ferienwohnunganlage liegt sehr zentral zum bummeln und einkaufen und zum Essen gehen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca.10 - 15 min.

Renovierungsbedürftig/ Abgewohnt

Von der Buchung bis zur Anreise hin wurde alles durch den Vermieter gut organisiert. Dann am Anreisetag nach langer Anreisedauer (insges. 6h) total platt und müde endlich in Warnemünde angekommen...denkste! Das erste was uns begrüßte, war ein modriger Geruch, der sich durch alle drei Räume der FeWo verteilte. Schnell fanden wir heraus, dass eine Hinterbliebenschaft (fest) in der Toilette des Hauses dafür verantwortlich war. Der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, kam uns auf halbem Wege ein "Entschuldigung, dass muss wohl jemand von unserer Putztruppe gewesen sein" entgegen. Die gesamte FeWo ist ziemlich abgewohnt und bedürfte zumindest mal nen neuen Anstrich und neue Matratzen für das Doppelbett. Auch stimmen die Fotos so mit der Wohnung nicht überein. Das Schlafzimmer und auch die Miniterrasse sind zum Parkplatzhof (insges. 5 Stellplätze)hinten raus und somit sehr laut und stets einzusehen wenn man nicht die Vorhänge zuzieht. Insgesamt war es für uns kein besonders schöner Urlaub, ich glaube wenn wir uns nicht mal kurz bemerkbar gemacht hätten, wäre es gar nicht aufgefallen, dass wir da waren. Auch dass wir einen Tag eher als geplant abgereist sind hat keinen wirklich interessiert, auch nicht dass wir anstatt wie geplant mit Hund, ohne angereist sind. Preislich war man auch nicht bereit uns entgegen zu kommen, da wir ja schließlich auch so gebucht hatten, da wusste ich aber auch noch nicht, dass ich meinen Hund( erst 5 Jahre alt) 2 Tage vor Reiseantritt einschläfern lassen musste. Hier haben wir uns gar nicht angekommen gefühlt, woran auch das wirklich schöne Örtchen Warnemünde mit seinen tollen Stränden nicht mehr viel dran ändern konnte. In diese FeWo würde ich nie wieder einen Fuß setzen!!!
