Welcome to Alex 12—our beautiful Hanseatic townhouse is located on the quiet Alexandrinenstraße 12 in the center of Warnemünde. From here, it’s just a few steps to the "Alter Strom" and Warnemünde’s Baltic Sea beach.
The house is divided into 3 apartments (first floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor).
The comfortably furnished 3-room vacation apartments can accommodate up to 4 people for their vacation.
The two separate bedrooms add to the special comfort of the 80–90-square-meter apartments.
