"Unit had everything that we needed. Also very well decorated and great location. Loved the convenience of being near the riverwalk and downtown, but no view from condo. Carpet was dirty and some scuffs on the wall. No bath cloths in the master bath, but after looking, found them in the dryer. Pool chairs were not in the best shape. Fitness room was perfect! Overall, we did enjoy our stay!! Thank you!! "

"We met Steve when we arrived. The Bear House is located in historic St. Elmo, surrounded by the mountains and accessible via steep, windy roads. The carriage house is old but lovely. Everything was clean and the hosts provided more amenities than most places we have been. The coffee bar was fully stocked, along with breakfast bars and, in the bedroom, a stash of chocolate. "This little suite was just right for 3 people. Loved the outside seating and the kitties that came to visit. šŸˆā€ā¬› There was cat hair on the bedroom bedding when we arrived but we were able to change that, with all of the bedding and pillows that were in the closet. Not a big deal to us. The bathroom is very big. Lots of towels . The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again if we come again in the future. "
