"Our family loved the rental property setup and home decor. It was a two bedroom rental. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There was plenty of towels for a family of four. It was great to see the extra special touches such as body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent. There was a washer/dryer unit in the rental. It was a very nice property. I would recommend a few things for the property to improve: the master bedroom mattress was too hard and poor quality. My husband and I are both Disabled Veterans and have severe back pain. I suffered and had a lot of back and neck pain. I would also recommend adding a shower mat in the MB bathroom. The tub was slippery and I almost fell. The washer was dirty and had detergent buildup in the center. I attempted to clean it. Recommend cleaning the top of the frig, there was detergent and dust build up. Overall, the rental was nice. I would recommend the rental to those who are young and don't have so many physical ailments."

"1st entry into the room, refrigerator was warm & door gasket was hanging loose. Attempted to call front desk on the room phone, but it did not work as there was no phone cord. Walked to front desk & shared concerns. Was told replacement refrigerator would be installed next day and phone would be repaired. Next morning found the shampoo dispenser would not dispense shampoo. Shared concern at the front desk on the way out. They indicated house keeping would handle. Upon return found replacement refrigerator in the room and it was working. Great! Phone had been moved to another location in the room and had a cord, but still did not work. Shampoo dispenser still did not dispense shampoo. Walked to front desk and shared about phone and shampoo. They indicated they would be taken care of. Next evening, checking upon return, phone still did not work and shampoo dispenser still did not dispense shampoo. Again shared with the front desk on my way out following morning that shampoo dispenser still did not dispense shampoo. They stated house keeping would handle. The next morning the shampoo dispenser still did not dispense shampoo. The food provided for breakfast was as expected. The information about breakfast was well conveyed and accurate. There is too little room air exchange. Odors held in room. While louvers in bathroom ceiling are evident, no air flow out of toilet/shower area. All steam remained in bathroom until door was propped open. Very bad."
