"Rooms could use a little updating but very clean."

"Very convenient and great breakfast selection"

"Even though it was no smoking the smell of weed was very prominent. We were staying there because my husband had surgery and had to see the doctor the next morning. We live 2 hours away and if it were for any other reason we would have left the hotel and asked for a refund."

"My carpet in room had smashed up muffin in it by the bed. Beds very lumpy too."

"Great!"

"Very nice hotel. Would stay there agsin"

"This is a really neat hotel and we especially enjoyed the history. However, it was very, very, warm in our room."

"The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice and very accommodating to us. I highly recommend getting a river view room if possible, it was very relaxing to sit and just watch the boats go by. We will definitely be visiting again the next time we need to leave reality and recharge ourselves for a few days."

"Good location to downtown."

"No parking no staff to help at night on a Friday night, self check in. Elevator was broke. Will pay the extra money for a nicer place next time."

"Everything was nice"

"Just bad."

We have pictures of filthy faucets, broken door handles, and very worn/tired fixtures in the rooms. It reeked of fabuloso despite still being dirty. The staff was very nice but they are clearly understaffed and the building is very run down. I would never stay there again."

"The staff were all amazing and so helpful. Stern was exceptional. He made our 2 evening's very fun and he was very informative about local things to do. We were told to try an amazing Italian Restaurant and given exact directions to get to every where we wanted to go. The location is in a nice and safe area. The bed was sooo comfy and the noise level in our room was very minimal compared to other places we have stayed. Great job!!!!!! We will stay here again!"

"No complaints my stay was great service at a reasonable rate"

"The hotel has nice facilities, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Unfortunately, it is by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The property is located right next to a highway, and the windows provide virtually no sound insulation. The constant traffic noise made it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. I could barely sleep all night. Despite the positive aspects, the poor soundproofing completely ruined my stay. Overall, a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to...
