Connemara Coast Hotel

"Unmatched Galway Bay views and the perfect family base! The Connemara Coast Hotel was the standout stay of our entire trip. We booked two nights here for our family of four (reserving two rooms, as larger family layouts weren't available), and check-in was a breeze. Highlights: The Views: The view across Galway Bay is simply unmatched. With the clear weather, it hardly looked real, and we even watched a cruise ship glide past the coast. Location & Day Trips: An easy drive into Galway City (budget a little time for city traffic/parking). The walking atmosphere reminded us of Temple Bar, and the Sunday open-air market with local vendors is well worth a visit. The Experience: Down time was wonderful—exploring the rugged shoreline right on the property, relaxing in the evenings, and soaking in the setting. If you are looking for breathtaking scenery, a great coastal location, and true Irish hospitality, this hotel is a must-stay. Highly recommended!"

"Maison accueillante et bien équipée, lits confortables dans un environnement très calme de la campagne du Connemara, proche de Galway. Elisa a été disponible pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement des équipements (eau chaude notamment), je lui suggère de niveler la grande flaque d’eau à l’entrée du jardin qui permettrait plus facilement d’entrer à pied dans la propriété "

"Wonderful location. We took the bus in from Galway. Easy peasy! We enjoyed the quietness of the stone barn, the excellent kitchen set up, a relaxing tub, washer and dryer, the Costcutter, exploring the Wild Atlantic Way, POTA restaurant, a hike to An Toit Chonain. Janet and Michael were superb hosts. They even took us out to see the peat bars being gathered from the bog. Most of all we enjoyed the visits from beautiful Riley"

"Lovely property. Well equipped. Tastefully decorated. Peaceful setting , short walk to pier and beach. Also short walk to local shop. Friendly hosts and lots of information in house about locality and things to do."

"We had an unforgettable time at the beautiful yellow house. Everything was clean, 2 families in total 9 had perfect space und die view over the bay is just breathtaking. Very nice Host, everything was perfect!"

"Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und „zuhause“. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Mit am meisten haben wir uns über die Besuche von Lilly gefreut! Rosi hilft einem bei Fragen direkt weiter und versucht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Cottage ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet dort alles, was man braucht."

"We had a wonderful family holiday in Rosmuc. The house was perfect—big and very comfortable and exactly as described. Una was always very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!"
