"The view was gorgeous, very quiet and isolated and loved the swing on the porch. I spent all of my time there if we were at the cabin. The cabin was clean but is dated. It smells old upon entering and could use some updates such as bathroom. It doesn't have central air however once closed up and fans going it cooled down quickly and nice and didn't notice any odor as much. We must have been close to a farm because sometimes when wind would blow certain direction could smell it. I don't have a...

"We came to the area on a road trip from Ontario, Canada to see The Pretty Place and do some hiking. This is a great location for all of that. Everything is relatively close by. You can sit on the deck in the early morning and early evening and watch the deer that came out everyday. We will definitely consider this place again and would highly recommend to anyone"

"We enjoyed our little family stay at the cabin! Relaxing sounds from the creek in a remote valley near Table Rock and Jocassee. Only suggestion would be to install a w/d for those who stay longer than a weekend. Closest laundry mat is 30 min away -otherwise wonderful!!!"

The rocking chairs on the back porch are the perfect cure for whatever ails you. The cabin is remote, but its just a short drive to both Highlands and Cashiers. Lastly, the cleanliness of the cabin was great. We are already looking forward to returning when we can stay longer."

"This was the perfect place for friends and family to celebrate my son's graduation from Clemson Univ. The house is very nice and the owner has thought of everything....well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, extra blankets, and tons of games in the downstairs rec room. Plenty to do outside too if you like to paddleboard or kayak, Or just enjoy the fantastic views from the upper deck! Highly recommend."

"If you want to be away from the SOUNDS of city living, this is paradise. The area is so natural, the only sounds one hears is a squirrel chasing another, a deer foraging for breakfast, birds saluting the morning light. Just an unforgettable time tucked into a warm, inviting cabin with everything you might need or want."

"This was the perfect little getaway to Brevard! My son goes to Brevard College and plays baseball and we were visiting for the weekend and to watch the games. This place was so cute and the location, while interesting, was awesomely convenient to everything we needed to do. The kitchen was well stocked and we did enjoy the grill to cook out steaks Friday night! We also got to hang out around the firepit Saturday which was tons of fun. The area for the dogs was awesome too! Great communication...

"My family LOVED staying in this great cabin on this lovely small lake!! Good fishing and peaceful canoeing ruled the days. Kids enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables to break up the outside time. Cabin was very well stocked, cozy and comfortable. Deck with the lake view was super relaxing! If you want some civilization for the day, Brevard was just a 25 minutes drive."

"This property is exactly like the photos. We stayed with 2 families, and had 4 kids under 10. It was perfect! The kitchen was well-stocked, there was plenty of space, and the house was very clean! Downtown Hendersonville is only a short 20 min drive away, and snow tubing was only about a 5 minute drive. Both were fantastic! We will definitely be back!"
