"Beds are butter. Sheets are like clouds. Amazing. Michael, the LL, was amazing. Jeannie, the PM, was amazing. The outside area was amazing. Sand under your toes, fire pits, gorgeous flowers and amazing view of the sunset. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dishes, glasses, etc., but bring TP, Paper Towels. I am already looking to book for next year, for both cottages so my kids/grandkids can have the big house, and I can have a peaceful night in the little one! I highly recommend...

"Our stay at Farida’s loft was great! The location was great for us as we stayed attended the US Open tennis. You can see the care that Farida puts into her place as the outside entry is so beautiful and inviting. Inside, the loft is as described. The beds are comfortable, even the futon under the loft bed. There was ample hot water in the shower, and Farida also provided free coffee, tea, water and snacks. We also met Farida and she was wonderful to talk to and gave us the privacy we desired....

"Great location and spacious property perfect for a large group of friends exploring NYC. Due to its central location, the front bedrooms are extremely noisey at all hours of the day. The property is suitable and functional for a short stay, but is a little run down including broken tiles in the upstairs bathroom, rickety occasional chairs, unkept outdoor area and unstable railing on the stairs. The property manager is very responsive and helpful."

"We booked this home to celebrate my bachelorette party! 8 of us girls fit comfortably! We enjoyed the layout and spacious living room. Everything was as it said in the listing and very clean. The location is the best part! Across the street from a coffee shop, a cool bar, and food options. The host was prompt and always available when needed. A lot of us have talked about wanting to come back a rent this home again. 10/10 recommend."

"Its not perfect of course, but me and my friends really enjoyed it. Its close to the beach which we loved, alot of good food place close by. The house itself was decent. It was a beautiful home with a big backyard and nice size family room, but i will say bring your own pillows and blankets because they definitely didnt clean the ones they already had on the beds and the pillows were very thin like worn out. Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back."

"We took our 13 year old son to NYC for his birthday. This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It is a short walk to the train and great place to eat, but out of the way enough that you're not right in the middle of the hustle - but just a block away! Everything was clean and nice. They even had a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher! The hosts even checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was just right!"
