Always clean staff is quite good and affective when arriving late they will text and leave details on what you need to do to find your keys and making sure your given all access info needed . The two young lady’s at the front desk are always helpful. Last minute extensions they will locked you in as long as they aren’t booked for the day and even granted if they are as long as you call between 7-9 am they will keep you in the same room while you go back to sleep stress free. . Awesome community of customers that feels like you are home in your complex or neighborhood at peace and safe . My wife and kids love it here . Pool is always available perfect temperature and never more then 5 people which leaves so much space and opportunity. I give Relux 11 out of 10 because they go beyond to accommodate."
