V011 - Maritim, Espléndido apartamento con vistas al mar.

Very nice apartment with sea view, located in Roses (Salatar district).
It consists of a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms with large beds (one with a 160x200cm double bed, the other with two 90x200cm single beds), a bathroom with shower and a beautiful and large terrace of over 20m2. This can be completely closed with panes of glass, which allows you to continue to enjoy it during the winter months.
It is equipped with: reversible air conditioning throughout the apartment, Wifi (from thecommunity), satellite television (2 televisions, one in the living room, the other in one of the bedrooms), washing machine, dishwasher, oven , microwave, refrigerator and freezer.
This modern and comfortable apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. It also has a private parking space in the underground garage of the residence.
Ideally located, in a quiet area just a few steps from the beach and the maritime promenade, near the center of Roses and Santa Margarita, it is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava.
We also rent the apartment next door, ideal for two families. Do not hesitate to contact us for availability.

Very Nice appartment

It is a very nice and clean appartment. Nice and good bedrooms, only the pillows are very hard. The bathroom is very nice and even has airconditioning. The kitchen is very nice to use for breakfast en diner. The balcony is pretty big and has a good view. Also the sun is not on it all day that is good for staying there in the midday. The Host is also very nice and good and fast in communication.
