Beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea, featuring a double bedroom and a double sofa bed with capacity for four people.
It has a total surface area of 45 m² furnished with taste and very bright, with a beautiful corner terrace of 16 m² with spectacular sea views.

It has a charcoal barbecue, grill, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning only in the living room, fan in the bedroom, community pool, and satellite television.

The American kitchen, with a glass-ceramic cooktop, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, and coffee maker.

rapport qualité prix moyen

le plus : emplacement , piscine, place parking et vue mer. compte tenu du prix et des photos, on s'attendait à mieux dans le logement : cuisine à refaire, manque un lave vaisselle. literie pas confortable moue et pas épais (il faut pas être grand!) une couette d'une personne uniquement. odeurs d'égouts dans l'évier de la cuisine tous les jours!

Vue exceptionnelle!

Appartement tres agréable, conforme aux photos... cependant,l'acces au stationnement et au parking est un peu exiguë mais a le merite d'exister et permet de conserver la fraicheur dans le vehicule, on oublierai presque le passage incessant de bateaux et jet ski grace a la vue sublime! je recommande ce logement dans lequel nous avons passé un excellent sejour.
