Une seule ouverture donc impossibilité de ventiler correctement en cas de chaleur importante ce qui est le cas l'été à Roses. L'appartement ne fait pas 40 m2 mais autour de 30 m2 et ce n'est pas un 2 pièces mais 1 seule pièce avec alcôve où se situe la literie
