We are pleased to present this beautiful apartment in Roses, only 50 meters from the beach, with sea views and a shared pool. With a capacity for 4 people, this 45 m² accommodation has a bedroom and a balcony to enjoy the mild climate of the Costa Brava.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV and satellite TV with French channels. There is also a communal swimming pool and an outdoor parking space.
