Prachtige villa, jammer genoeg slecht onderhouden

Alles is er aanwezig voor een zalige vakantie. Mooie villa met zwembad op wandelafstand van de kust. Helaas was het huis erg slecht onderhouden. De enige moeite die gedaan was waren de papieren strips rond de toiletten. Gepoetst was er zeker niet, dat hebben we zelf gedaan op dag 2. Keukengerief stond vuil in de kast. Resten van snoepgoed plakten op de tafel en aan de kasten. Hondenstront van de vorige huurders lag in de tuin. Wel een dikke pluim voor het zwembadonderhoud. Werd nauw opgevolgd en het zwembad lag er altijd kraaknet bij !! Kortom alles is er aanwezig voor een prachtvakantie, maar 1 tip, zoek andere partners voor de schoonmaak.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein modernes Gebäude, welches allerdings nicht makellos ist. An der Fassade gibt es einige Risse und der Putz kommt von den Wänden. Zusätzlich fiel die Rollokastenabdeckung ohne unser zutun plötzlich aus einer Höhe von 2 Metern herunter, nur knapp neben unseren Hund. Das Brett war ca 2,50m lang und ziemlich schwer. Auf die Meldung an die Immobilienagentur hat niemand reagiert, bis heute nicht. Es gibt derzeit zwei Baustellen direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite (Juni 25). Daher hatten wir täglichen Baulärm, der die Erholung am Pool störte. Die Immobilienagentur war kurz vor Ort, um zu entscheiden, dass es sich um gelegentlichen Lärm handelt und damit jegliche Ansprüche von sich wies.Mit geschlossenen Fenstern war der Lärm im Haus zum Glück kaum hörbar. Das Haus ist, wie in Spanien üblich,  24/7 videoüberwacht. Die Daten werden aufgezeichnet ( Außenaufnahmen auf dem Grundstück,  auch am Pool). Die Betten sind sehr bequem und in allen Räumen sind geräumige Einbauschränke vorhanden. Es gibt zudem Ersatzkissen und "richtige Bettdecken". Überall im Haus finden sich kleinere Mängel. Das Sofa aus Kunstleder ist teilweise aufgerissen, die Fronten der Küchenschränke lösen sich durch den Dampf vom Kochen ab. Die Seifenablage aus Porzellan ist abgeplatzt.Der Garten ist als umzäunt angegeben. Jedoch gibt es auf der Seite zum Wald einen Graben auf einer Länge von ca. 20m, die nicht umzäunt sind. Hunde oder Kinder könnten dort hinunter klettern.
