appartement en très mauvais état, sale, un coup de peinture pour rafraichir les murs coûte pas grand chose, plancha ne fonctionne pas, manque machine à laver comme précisé sur le contrat, frigo non dégivré , la porte ne fermait plus, 1 ampoule sur 3 dans la salle de bain au dessus du miroir, radiateur chambre non scellé tenu par la table de nuit, très dangereux, placard servant de débarras, canapé et clic clac hors d'usage, couverture de lit pleine de taches non lavés, volet roulant cassé impossible de le descendre etc...adresse à éviter
