"Five star accommodation.Located on beach front with direct access from the rear of property to the promenade . Walking distance 10 minutes to the old town of Roses.plenty of bars and restaurants immediately around the property but location very quiet.Apartment very clean and very well equipped . Three spacious bedrooms all with extremely comfortable beds.!!!Comfortable longe area with large L shaped sofa which was very comfortable.Great large balcony with patio doors overlooking the promenade and beach.. good communication from host Joseph who was also very friendly and helpful.would definitely return and would highly recommend ."

"The property was very close to the beach as advertised. The property did not have a/c and that was sorely needed during very warm, humid conditions. This isn't the fault of the property owner; I should've made sure the property had a/c. They did offer fans but we had to sleep with the sliding glass door open. I would recommend they install a screen door. Because we had the door opened all night due to the heat, it was difficult to sleep because fireworks/firecrackers are literally going off all night into the early morning hours. One evening was a holiday so it's understandable but it was no different on other nights. Again, no fault of the property owner but visitors should be aware that it is very loud for a good part of the evening/early morning. Beach access was great and the running route near the boardwalk was wonderful!"
