"The Imperial Hotel is a lovely place to stay in Tenby. The location is excellent, the staff are welcoming and helpful and the hotel has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by management and staff during my stay. Any issue I had was dealt with thoughtfully and efficiently, which made a real difference.
