"Our stay was great! Jess at the front desk was very helpful! She was able to accommodate an early check in and was super friendly. She is truly amazing and very personable. We were also able to store our bags before check in for a small fee. Staff was overall very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and peaceful. Shower had great water pressure! Perfect location for walking to Times Square and Madison Square Garden. We would definitely stay again."
