"This is a historical cabin on the Rogue River. Like most historical cabins it is small and dark. Fortunately the outdoor space is amazing. "What a wonderful trip! The cabin was so perfect and quiet. I came to study for an important test and brought my two dogs. It was just what we needed—a quiet place to study and a beautiful place to visit the lake and go on hikes with my dogs. I will definitely bring my family back, as I did not have a chance to zip line, which was right around the corner from the hike. I did make time to visit Crater Lake, which was breathtaking. "The property is as described. The architecture is ... quirky. Hallways that lead nowhere. Strange elevated, carpeted stage in rear upstairs bedroom. And what might be a deal-killer for some, there are NO DOORS to the upstairs bedrooms. And lots of random rooms with no discernible purpose nor doors. You will want to get very, very familiar with how to use the main fireplace if you plan to stay warm in colder months. That said, my three teenage boys and I had a blast. Would consider returning...
