"This was a beautiful spacious home to stay in for my daughter's graduation from Fayetteville State. Unfortunately VRBO did not provide the door code or checkin and checkout instructions. I had to call arrival support, which was Meh. Eventually the property owner called and made sure I had what was needed for my stay. So thankful."

"The house is in a good neighborhood. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay, I definitely recommend! The property manager doesn't send the access code till about 30 minutes prior to check in. Also, there was an issue with the door code on day 2 and I had to contact the property owner to get a quick response. The property owner was GREAT but the property management was definitely lacking :("

"Great location. 13 of us staid. Plenty of room. I would suggest putting curtains on loft windows. A door would have been nice on bedroom to kitchen. For a big group not enough seating. Not a fan of the cockroach’s. Otherwise we had a great stay overall."

"This was one of the worst homes i ever booked! Both bathrooms were dirty with a few bugs on the floor. One of the toilets didn’t work. I contacted the property manager as soon as we checked in to let them know about the problems and didn’t get a response until 11pm at night. After that response I heard nomore from anyone about my issues. So we were left having to use the masters bedroom bathroom the entire stay. If we wasn’t there my daughters 8th birthday I would have definitely went back...

"Everything was amazing. Only thing I would suggest is having garbage cans at the house as a convenience to the guest and extra towel racks in the bathrooms for towels and bathing suits to be hung on."

"Functional property in nice neighborhood and safe for walking. We were a few minutes drive from MU and many stores/restaurants. Home was neat, pretty, modern and clean (kitchen floor looked clean but unpleasant under bare feet). Great to have a washer/drier!, large frig, dishwasher. Bedrooms very nice, beds comfortable. Furniture all in good shape. Altogether a nice place to stay!"

"This VRBO is a home away from home. The host thought of everything...even a bidet! We were literally 10 minutes or less from everything. There is dedicated parking, kitchen appliances, clean linen, comfortable decor, and a peaceful neighborhood Thank you Natalee! We will definitely look for this property again when visiting our family in Fayetteville. "

"This property is exactly as shown in the listing! The house is clean, well appointed with a super friendly host! The backyard is amazing!! The water presuure in the shower iss phenomenal especially after a long motorcycle ride. Lots of everything you need in the kitchen and a great dining table. The bedrooms are spacious with lots of room for the kiddos. Driveway accomdates at least four cars (and multiple motorcycles). Did I mention the super friendly host? :-)"

"Cypress Cottage was extremely well appointed/decorated with all the amenities necessary for a couple to stay at. The owner was gracious in letting us check-in early so we could drop our luggage off and get groceries and supplies for our 4day Memorial Weekend. My wife and I wanted just wanted to getaway as well as explore family history on my wife's side as her mother's lineage settled in Ivanhoe , NC in 1767. We saw historical family homes, grave yard and churches. It was just awesome!"
