"We were in town to celebrate my Mother's 95th birthday. We stayed Saturday night and loved the location and all of the amenities that were available. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. The grandchildren loved having the 3rd floor to themselves! Should let people know in advance that the heated pool isn't heated unless you request it and there is an additional charge."

"We had a group of kids and adults from our church. We were in Wichita for some volunteer activities. This location was perfect for our group. The division of space and the four bathrooms provided a great space and great functionality for our group. We had a great space to spend time together while also having privacy with the bedrooms. I highly recommend this property."

"The house was perfect! We came in for Unbound weekend in Emporia but wanted to be away from all the craziness so this worked out great! The hosts were super nice, the house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a perfect race weekend. The house was exactly 1 hour from Emporia so this made driving back and forth pretty easy"

"Everything about my stay was good. The only recommendation I have is to put a sensor on the porch light for guests arriving late. It was very dark and hard to see the door lock when I arrived. Thankfully I had the flashlight on my phone. We did have an issue with the door as a previous guest mentioned but it was taken care of in a timely matter. I would recommend this house and would stay there again in the future."

"Five of us ladies came to Wichita for a Friday night and Saturday Bible study workshop. It worked very well to have the two bedrooms with 2 beds in each and one friend had the master bedroom. The house is on a dead end street, so there was no noise from traffic. The large living room was very nice for visiting . The hosts were very responsive when we needed anything. The kitchen is very well done and we loved the little sitting area off the kitchen."

"We really enjoyed the property and everything was really nice The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around in . Our wrestlers were competing for nationals qualifications and the hot tub was great for their sore muscles I would love to stay again next year for qualifiers much better than staying at a hotel"

"The house was listed as a 3 bedroom 2 bath but it only has 1 and a half bath. It worked ok for us but the listing needs to be changed. The thermostat needs batteries so we had to purchase and replace them. The ventes in the living room were covered in dust. Just needs a bit more care in the overall cleanliness. The house has a great layout and has lots of room and we would love to rent it again and try out the pool. The host was very friendly and responded to me quickly on questions. Overall...
