"This is such a gem. The staff are wonderfully friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious with the best brown bread ever! The bar food was convenient and tasty. 3 of us shared a huge bedroom and 2 of us used the fantastic leisure centre. My mother is 90 and could not believe e we had found such a magnificent place to stay. Thank you to the staff. "

"We really enjoyed our Castle stay for our anniversary. The staff really made our anniversary very special which was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable. Beautiful grounds and trails to walk on. We enjoyed seeing the horses and deer out in the field. Very memorable. "

"A meat and tidy property with beautiful surroundings and garden. Megan Steve are absolutely fantastic hosts. They helped us figure out what to do and helped us in introducing ourselves down at the local pub. Meg effortlessly makes guests feel at home and well cared for. The room was one of the nicest we've found in our trip to Ireland. Even gave us a special gift of chocolates for our anniversary. Perfect in every way."

"We chose this cottage in the country to experience the local towns, people, the food, & history. We rented a car & used the cottage as base. Each day we drove to a different castle or locale.Even the Cliffs of Moher was a day trip. Roscrea village was close for groceries. Denise & Joe were very friendly, helpful, kind, & wonderful hosts. Loved all the decor, books, location & Denise’s Irish soda bread was YUMMY! Highly recommend. Debbi & Perry"

"Stayed here for one Saturday night on a trip through Ireland. The hotel staff were great and very friendly throughout the stay. I also appreciated the guest pass to the leisure centre not too far away to go for a workout. The food at Cusacks was very good. It does turn into a night club at night time with a DJ until 2 AM which we had our room right above where this was going on. If that’s annoying to you I would recommend making sure your room is farthest from the bass pumping all night. I was able to sleep through it but if you can’t that’s something to take into consideration"
