"Staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in was great, but when we got to the room it wasn’t the one I’d booked. However, the front desk staff resolved the issue quickly and we were moved to the correct room. We had a nice view of the water outside the room. Property is a little dated but everything was clean and comfortable. They had salmon chowder at 5:00 in the lobby, and the breakfast was good. The surrounding area is pretty industrial - we drove by a number of storage units to get to the hotel. However, it met our needs and we would stay there again."

"Room was comfortable and the AC worked well. Breakfast was good and generally was was a good start for a day. Kids enjoyed the pool and easy access to the riverfront walking trail but the trolley was unfortunately not running during our stay."

"It was quiet for us. We slept straight and woke up in time for grab and go breakfast. Bought few souvenirs. Front end waited for us for check in as we were running late. Everything is ***** for us considering we have been traveling for a long time. The only comment my husband gave is he needs an elevator. He’s older than me but usually no problems. He just run upstairs that’s why he thinks he needs an elevator. It’s still a very good stay :)"

"It was a really great place to stay. We've been going to Long Beach for years but this is our first stay here. They have cool different flavored coffee pods, a few free water bottles. Also a fenced in outdoor area with tables, a fire pit, corn hole. "
