"I was charged for a queen bed, it was a full bed. There was no complimentary shampoo available, and I forgot to bring one. I was told by Expedia that they had rollaway beds, they did not. They did not have a coffee pot in the room, you had to go to the lobby. The only good things were that the small bed was comfortable and the location of the motel was nice."

"It’s definitely a 2-star motel. You get what you pay for. It wasn’t filthy, but it definitely wasn’t clean. Pros: Full-size fridge was clean and cold! Cable TV with premium channels. Courteous front desk clerk. Cons: The key card for one of our rooms only worked some of the time, and when it wasn’t working there was nobody in the office to help. One of the bedside lights did not work. The bathroom faucet was covered with gritty body wash or something when I went to turn on the shower....

"It’s a very unique old hotel dating back to 1896. The architecture has not been updated but keeps a funky charm. Reused old wood furniture, old tub with an attached shower. Pub on site. Sauna and garden to relax. A pool table and board games. Fire place in the lounge area. Victoria was awesome. Loved it and would stay there again but not like a modern hotel."

"Liked the quiet location, warm welcome, rooms was supplied with everything, coffee maker (although owners operate a coffee truck in the mornings on the premises), bathrobes, table and chairs, roomy closet, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay while I spent daytime with family at nearby State Beach campground."

"The room had water damage on the ceiling and smelled like mildew. I woke up with what I'm almost certain are flea bites despite renting a no-pets room. The exterior walls had holes through to the insulation. Staff were nice and the beds were actually quite comfortable, but the mildew and what was probably only 1 flea are still pretty hard to get over."

"Parking was not available unless you wanted to move your car every two hours or risk unsafe areas. Breakfast was available at restaurant. Staff when onsite were great but often not there. Room was clean. Noise outside was terrible. No AC so windows were open. Will not be back."

"Love this hotel. This is the second time I've been. First time was a girls trip and this time with my kids. Both were great but I would say I liked the main building we stayed in this time better. Room was nicer and it's nice to be in the lobby and restaurant building. Pool didn't feel as warm this time but still nice. Saunas are SO nice! Wish they had a hot tub. We ordered pickup from the restaurant multiple times and very good! Minor downsides are that there is only breakfast on the weekends,...

"Wonderful property, great location. I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. Hopefully the staff will be better trained to handle customer complaint in an efficient and professional way. Will stay in the hotel again. Thanks."

"Went to have a nice trip to Long Beach WA to some condo rentals we have stayed at before this condo was 3rd floor the room we got the back door to the deck won't lock it was of adjustment I reported to the office before going to town for a couple hours when we returned it was not repaired I went to the office to ask why she she its been reported as your on the 3rd floor not a priority I asked for tools and I was able to fix as my wife was not comfortable in a non locking room believe it or not...
