"Overall a wonderful experience. The bar and lobby are beautiful and charming, filled with gorgeous treasures. The hotel feels authentic and staff are quickly familiar and warm. Considering the price, the rooms are pretty run down with old carpets and dingy showers. Staff was not particularly helpful with organising activities. The garden is very atmospheric and dinner is decent but it is annoying to have to pay a fee for the table every evening despite being a guest. Breakfast is very basic. AC worked well and it’s lovely to be close to the beach even if it means being further from the city center. Overall was very happy staying here but there is room for improvement."

"Me gusta mucho este hotel porque el personal es muy cuidadoso sensible y muy amable. Siempre nos cuidan y están al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El edificio es bellísimo, los jardines hermosos. Todo, todo es perfecto en este hotel. Yo siempre me hospedo con ellos porque siempre hemos salido felices y deseosos de volver!"
