"Amazing resort and location. very easy to get back and forth to Venice and it is about 5 minute shuttle away plus you get a full resort to enjoy. with kids this really helps give them a place to relax and burn off some energy in between sightseeing. "

"What an incredible service! Andrea, the concierge, was amazing in helping us with transportation in Venice. The hotel-provided transport was easy to access, and even the external transport we had booked was double-checked and confirmed for us. Hats off to Andrea! And what can I say about this hotel? The service is outstanding, the staff are so warm and welcoming. It’s phenomenal to enjoy both sides of the island – the sea on one side and Venice on the other. "The people on the reception were very friendly and competent. Prices at the bar were totaly ok. Our apartment in the castle was big and comfortable. Animations for the kids were every evening and the Animators did a good job. On saturday evening there was a band, who played Songs od the 80's. It was cool! All in all a well-organized host."
