2 room apartment living room dining room. Room. A fully furnished "American" kitchen on the garden level, in a small guarded residence with private covered parking space, residence access and parking with code. Ideal family.

All comfort: dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, TV screen, WIFI connection, Blu-ray DVD player, MP3 CD radio, 2 fridges, table and chairs on the terrace, classic oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and coffee maker with pods, vacuum cleaner, safety box, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
Washing machine and dryer available in the residence.

Attention: July August rental from Saturday/Sunday to Saturday/Sunday

Large fresh water swimming pool + children's pool, free: deck chairs, parasols.
Small restaurant on site with bar/ice creams. (blue coffee).

Overlooking the sea and the fine sand beach (100 m), marina next to the residence.

All shops: 5 minutes on foot. As well as healthcare, pharmacy, doctors.

Maritime shuttle to Saint Tropez in 25 minutes, 5 minutes on foot.

Emplacement idéal
Prestation excellente pour cet appartement parfaitement équipé pour des vacances en famille. Il est à quelques mètres de la piscine, du snacking et de la laverie (sans aucune nuisance sonore... Vraiment très calme) et dispose d'un accès plage privilégié grâce à une sortie secondaire de la résidence qui donne sur une première plage. A 5 minutes du centre touristique des Issambres et d'une structure handiplage (permet aux fauteuils de descendre sur la plage). A noter que l'emplacement parking réservé n'est pas accessible avec un coffre de toit mais que la réception permet d'utiliser les places visiteurs en cas de besoin. La disponibilité du propriétaire est un plus très appréciable. Je recommande vivement ce logement !
