Charming house located 1.5 km from the beach, small sea view, 3.5 km from shops and a 10-minute walk from walks in the Massif des Maures. Calm and family residence with a shared secure swimming pool. The house consists of 2 terraces, one on the front, the other upstairs with a Mediterranean garden with an area of (130m). Very relaxing atmosphere. 2 bedrooms upstairs: one open to the mezzanine and the other private with solarium. Private parking space adjacent to the house.
Vehicle recommended.
A deposit check of 500 euros will be requested upon delivery of the keys. (Check not cashed). except degradation
