"From the get go the communications with the owners were excellent. The Coach House is alittle gem in Lincolnshire. Everything you would need for a holiday, superb bedding comfortable beds. The bathroom was lovely one of our guests was over 6ft and he loved that he could sit properly in the bath. "The accommodation was a perfect location from the station and to walk into the town within a few minutes, everything easy to get to including Burleigh House grounds.We arrived for a week, during the heat wave and did find the cottage very warm and uncomfortable even with the windows open. "The barn was spacious and well equipped. Beautiful back garden. Chickens outside of dining room no rooster so very quiet. The host gave us fresh eggs for breakfast. Lovely pub not far had 2 great meals. The property is beautiful with sheep and a horse. Would definitely recommend and return"
