"3/5 This hotel is too expensive, & not worth the price compared to the poor customer service. Stay away. We were told that we would get a bottle of drink during our stay when we booked. This was not offered. We had to go back to the front desk after poor check-in. The hotel is across from a Casino. People are always smoking in front of the hotel which is irritating for folks with asthma & allergies. The rooms are big & cold. The heat in the room was not working initially, & then worked...

"Overall very pleased with this hotel. Unfortunately there was no food service in house on Sunday, the day we arrived and most of the nearby restaurants were closed on Sunday. But a taff member helped us out and placed a pizza order to be delivered to us"

"Caught the free minibus back to hotel and paid £6 each for return trip in the morning. Bedroom and ensuite where clean and adequate. Would have been good to have hot drinks available in room. However free hot drinks where available in reception. Breakfast was included and fair selection available."

"Good location. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room ok but lacked some amenities. Building works next door but not too much noise. Stayed at the Sheraton in the terminal and for the price difference this hotel is good."

"We experienced an excellent 3 day break for 2. Nice clean room, friendly staff, dinner menu quite restricted but delicious - Chef's special a must. The hotel was perfect for visiting the area, inland or beach a bus drive away. Quiet surroundings in a fairly built up area but away from the bustle of Amsterdam. Reasonably priced for such a good quality hotel. Just note, when checking out you'll be hit with a "City Tax" Worth asking what this will be when you arrive. Apart from that, all good."
