Severs at breakfast were also courteous and helpful. Food at. Breakfast was very solid, good, and reliable. Bathroom was clean and well designed. I liked that I could have a tub. I appreciated that there was both a desk chair and sitting chair. Climate control worked well. "

"This was 3 days free-time between an 11-day Globus bus tour from Vienna to Lucerne and a 7-day Avalon River cruise from Basil to Amsterdam. We’re so glad we decided to include Zurich and the Locke Am Platz into our plans. Our 3 night stay was excellent. The breakfast was good but lacked choices, our only (minor) complaint. Front staff helped us with every question including coming up with a universal plug that worked (I’d left mine behind at the previous hotel in Lucerne), and a convenient way for us to do our much-needed laundry. We are very appreciative of those 2 things in particular. Zurich was my favourite city of our trip. Loved both the lake and Old Town. We had wonderful meals in Old Town and everything was easy walking from the hotel. "
