"They don't mention that this property has two floors and some dangerous stairs. The first floor has no AC, so sleeping in that bed is tough. The entire property needs a deep cleaning. There is no view (as they mentioned), and the balcony is practically a garbage dump. I found many dead cockroaches everywhere. Communication was good; they allowed us to check in 40 minutes before."

"Well, the location is wrong. The address takes you to a business building. Trying to get an actual address is impossible. The actual location is inside the parking lot of the hospital WHICH! you have to pay if you get a rental per hour. To contact someone you have to use Spanish version no one answers for English. The room which everyone you get. Is decent for what you pay. But if you’re doing it for location…. It’s wrong."

"Overall great stay for budget travelers. Had everything we needed and was a central location."

"Edwin the owner was more than gracious and responsive to our needs for lounging when we first arrived at the vrbo there was no power. He worked out a plan B accommodations for travel and safe stay. We even returned to original verbo and all plans continued as planned during our stay in Puerto-Rico. The place was accessible clean safe and accommodating to the needs of the stay. I would go back again to this verbo and rent from the owner as he was very professional and treated us like friends. "

"it’s unfortunate there is not a lot of reviews for this place because it is definitely a hidden gem. I traveled here solo for three nights, and I felt very safe on the property and in the neighborhood. The only thing I would say the hot water in the shower was not working fully but I think that is a quick fix and the room is close to the highway but other than that, it’s a great space that I would recommend for solo travel, or couples on a quick getaway"
