"The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled like sewage and rooms didn’t have air condition. "

"The room was very large with a nice kitchen area. We were on the ground floor so unable to leave the window open since it was just a large patio door so an extra fan or two would have been very helpful with the hot weather. Otherwise very pleased with the rental. I would definitely ask for a second floor room next time. "
