"Excellent experience considering it has been 48 years since I was last there! From checking in until I checked out 5 days later, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly & helpful staff, rooms clean and well appointed, food was lovely. A thoroughly good time was had."

"Difficult to really critic this location as it was under construction. They offered free pastries and water at the entrance which was a nice touch. The breakfast bags had to be preordered so did not try that. Spent two nights and it was lovely. "

More ideal for people who needed a night stay before a cruise ship tour. Will definitely stay here again if i needed to stay here again."

"Beautiful property. Very clean and modern rooms. Many things to see in Southhampton. The staff was very helpful with information of how to get to London and get around. I would highly recommend staying here great value and close to London by train for more sightseeing"
