"Lovely hotel. Large, very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Food was very good having both evening meal and breakfast. Although Hotels.com website says there is air con there is actually no air conditioning in the executive double only in more expensive rooms. I checked hotel website and no there isn't so needs to be changed on Hotels.com website."

The Stables restaurant never fails to impress with its quality ingredients expertly cooked to provide mouth-watering delights. I missed the Beamish beers but the ones on sale were very good.
