"Wonderful place with a fantastic patio. Enjoyed the location and access. The bedroom air conditioning was not working properly (there is a second unit in the living room), but other than that, we had everything we needed. We will definitely recommend the apartment."

"We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The view is unbeatable and the property is comfortable, lovely, clean and well stocked. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We were thrilled with our stay and loved the walk into Florence. "

"As noted on VRBO, location is a bit out of the way. We knew this but for us was okay with access to bus and taxis. Run by nice friendly couple who were available if needed. "

"Had a wonderful two nights in Florence at Lorenzo’s apartment! It was perfect, centrally located, enough space for 2 adults and 10, 14 year old. 2 bathrooms was wonderful. He even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations in town. It was a perfect stay!"

"We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. I would highly recommend villa Lucia a very genuine...

"So disappointed with this accommodation it had the potential to be a great experience. But the air conditioning did not work at the height of summer and the communication with the company was bad and not helpful. A big disappointment for the money paid."

Calme absolu dans cette charmante petite maison où seule Renate (la propriétaire) vit et s'occupe de vous si besoin. La piscine est très agréable et la terrasse pour déjeuner à l'extérieur est bien abritée du vent et du soleil l'été. Bref, nous aimons beaucoup l'endroit !"

"Anna is very attentive and really helpful. She really does want you to have the best time and experience in her home. The location is good as long as you don’t mind a little drive. The house and grounds are STUNNING! We loved our stay and would go back. The weather wasn’t great when we went but we still utilised the pool and hot tub when possible. Our children also loved the place and we all had fun regardless of weather. Thanks Anna"
