"Very unpleasant stay! I booked a full room using Hotels.com website as the shared rooms were no longer available, and the room is advertised to have 4 beds for family setting. i paid the total amount of 132 Euros for the room and when i arrived onsite, i was given a bed in a shared room with other people that acording to the person who gave me the keys costs 29 Euros per bed. She asked me to cancel the booking online which is not refundable and to pay 29 Euros in cash. She could only speak...

"The room was nice...cozy...shower ok bathroom is outside but next door. The kitchen didn't have any cooking oil so I asked the lady at the reception if she could provide me something. She said no...I had to insist a lot so that she called her boss who told her to buy a bottle of oil at the shop in front of the hostel. She could have been more attentive and proactive. But the lady at the reception next day was really friendly."

"My husband and I stayed here for several days while sightseeing in the neighborhood. Communication with the host for check in was great, and I really appreciated the good local information she provided as well. The house is very comfortable, in a great location, and has a wonderful backyard that we used for eating our meals and relaxing in the evenings. The whole stay what exactly what we needed and the house and host were perfect. We would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area."
